Approaching a private investigator for any reason whatsoever is never an easy and or comfortable thing to do. Folks usually start off by saying ” I’ve never called a private investigator before”, followed by the ” how does this work?” phrase. First off, I want the reader to know that I completely understand and don’t envy their position but no matter where the road takes us from that point forward I want them to know that they are not alone. Every conversation and any information shared is sacred and private and will never be divulged to anyone no matter how much pressure anyone or any entity may place on our agency. With that foundation being laid forth it is our privilege to proceed in the hopeful resolution to each individual’s case. Now the question becomes, “how much can I expect to spend? and what do the services cost? ‘ understandably this is where the initial phone call ends with a polite “thank you” or you become a customer. No matter how our encounter ends, we always strive to provide each caller with more information than they initially had and even if they don’t become a customer today, it is our hope that they always remember us and come back at any point in the future.
All conversations are free of charge. We will never charge anyone to speak to them; remember it is “our privilege”. Now, what can you expect to pay for? the answer is simple just two things, our time of service and our mileage, that’s it, but please don’t expect this to be cheap (frankly speaking). As with anything else in life, you get what you pay for and our experience demands it. We have been doing this profession for most of our adult life and we are no spring chickens.”We are really, really, really good at what we do”, that’s not just hubris talk. Honestly its a little scary. Also know that whatever televised show or Noir Novel you are into does not even begin to explain the reality of what it is we do. We are not cops, we are not Navy Seals and or the C.I.A and if any us held those jobs in the past, no one who is doing this job now is one now. What I mean to say is, please keep expectations grounded in reality. Again that’s why you are hiring us. Any evidence must be accumulated correctly and legally so it stands a chance in court if that’s where you would like to take your case. We don’t judge and please don’t expect us to tell you anything but the truth, no matter how hurtful it may be. Remember you are reaching out to us because ultimately we are impartial. This is the main reason clients use our services and this is why our information can be used in a court of law. When we take that stand, we take it with the full knowledge that no matter what the questions are the answers will never change in order to fit the client’s agenda.
